Damaged on arrival
If for some unfortunate reason one of our puzzles arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement free of charge. Customers can also choose to be refunded in cash or store credit. You will be asked to send a photo proving the puzzles were damaged (we will then claim it back from the post). This should be a very rare occurence - our puzzles would survive being dropped from the roof of an apartment building.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges when you or someone you have gifted a puzzle to don't like the product. We also expect this to be a very rare occurence :)
There is no real age limit on our puzzles, as long as your children are old enough not to eat the pieces. Please do note that the pieces are a lot harder and pointier than a traditional cardboard puzzle, it is definitely not recommendable to eat them. Accidentally ingesting a small piece of acrylic will not be poisonous, only sharp.
Our puzzles are all 15x15cm square and about 1.5cm deep (3mm per layer). They weigh about 300 grams and come in a cardboard box to keep the pieces together while you puzzle.
While this may not seem like much, we do advise not to drop a finished puzzle on your foot.
